The event will take place at the Republic Airport Main Terminal in Farmingdale, NY (7150 Republic Airport, Farmingdale, NY 11735).  The goal of this event is to introduce both middle and high school students to the various careers available in the aviation industry.  Please note this is a career fair and not a job fair, and we can not guarantee that recruiters for exhibitors will be at the event.

Exhibitors

The Aerospace Education Corporation, a not-for-profit organization promoting aviation education, is hosting an Aviation Career Fair on September 23rd and 24th, 2010 at the Main Terminal of Republic Airport in Farmingdale, NY.

If your company is in the aviation industry, we would like to see you exhibit at our aviation career fair. This will be a great way for the school children to learn about what your company and other aviation companies can offer when they are choosing an aviation career. The event will be devoted to schools in Nassau and Suffolk counties and attendees from the public.
AEC has been contacting the principals and guidance counselors in Nassau and Suffolk County for participation at this event. We are expecting over 1000 children to attend this two-day event. We have gained the support of major corporations that base their corporate aviation departments in and around Long Island. We are soliciting your interest in exhibiting and/or participating in the activities planned.

The event will be held at the Main Terminal at Republic Airport. The exhibit booths will be set up in the main display area and the ramp will stage the aircraft static displays.
